INVEX Solar Fund is dedicated to investing in power generation assets across Mexico, focusing on both the development of new projects and the improvement of existing infrastructure. The Fund plans to leverage INVEX’s expertise in developing PV+BESS projects and Ammper’s unique mapping and understanding of critical nodes – to maximize revenues at the MEM
How does it work?
- INVEX develops the project to bring it to RBT status, including financial closure, and contributes it to the fund.
- A PPA agreement with Ammper guarantees revenue diversification and predictable cash flows.
